General Terms and Conditions for Ermisch Elektro<\/p>\n\n
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Ermisch Elektro, owner: Andreas Ermisch, K\u00f6nigstra\u00dfe 51, 14109 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter referred to as \u201cwe\u201d) and our clients. Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless we have expressly agreed to their application.<\/p>\n\n
We provide electrical trade services, in particular: electrical installations, repair and maintenance work, and other electrical engineering services. The specific scope of services results from the respective offer or the individual agreement.<\/p>\n\n
A contract is concluded through the client\u2019s order and our acceptance thereof. Acceptance may be given expressly or by commencing performance.<\/p>\n\n
All prices are inclusive of statutory value added tax unless stated otherwise. Invoices are due for payment without deduction upon issuance. For larger orders, reasonable advance payments may be required.<\/p>\n\n
We are entitled to require the client to provide appropriate security for the remuneration, including material costs, in accordance with Section 650f of the German Civil Code (BGB).<\/p>\n\n
The services shall be performed in accordance with the recognized rules of technology. Partial performance is permissible insofar as it is reasonable for the client.<\/p>\n\n
The statutory warranty rights shall apply. Obvious defects must be reported to us without undue delay.<\/p>\n\n
We shall be liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. We accept no liability for damages resulting from improper use, modifications made by third parties, or defects on the construction side.<\/p>\n\n
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy.<\/p>\n\n
An English version of these General Terms and Conditions is provided solely as a service for better understanding and does not constitute a legally binding translation. Only the German version shall be legally binding.<\/p>\n
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
